What is the delivery time for my order?
Place your order before 3:00 PM on a business day and we’ll ship it the same day.
The Netherlands delivery within 1-2 business day.
EU shipping delivery within 5-6 business days.
Worldwide shipping delivery within 10-12 business days.
* The delivery time, in countries outside the European Union, depends on customs per country.
The shipping costs are variable.
The shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout. Our prices do not include customs fees or other additional taxes that might apply to customer in non-EU countries. Any customs or import duties that are levied on the ordered package and/or customs declarations and regulations required once it reaches its final county of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.What are the shipping costs?
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packed, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email.
Please note that the tracking information will only become active once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier and has been scanned into their system. From that moment on, you can follow the status of your shipment online.
